London in miniature
Instagram has become one of the tools – if not the “tool” – the most important in the world when it comes to sharing photos.
If we associate this social network with the fact that smartphones have a higher quality of image, then we are facing a paradigm shift in how we consume not only images as content.
The photos we present in our photogallery are proof of the democratization of photography: they were taken by a passenger about to land at Heathrow Airport in London and who captured the British capital with his iPhone.
The result is unbelievable: Christian Barrett managed to turn the megacity into a kind of miniature capital, showing some of London’s most iconic monuments in a never-before-seen dimension – very small. See the pictures, which reveal a new way of looking at the cities and their symmetry seen from the top.
