Recovering a dream
Horia Manolache is a photographer with a project that requires us to stop and think about what we are, what we would like to have been, in the circumstances of life we were tying dreams and stealing the little bit.
But above all, it challenges us to have the compassion to understand that in the eyes of a stranger.
“The prince and the pauper”, inspired by the homonymous work of writer Mark Twain, is a book that reveals the unfulfilled dreams of some homeless.
The idea is to look the other without judgment, without indiscreet questions to the lack of safe haven. No questions, just look in someone’s eyes, through the lens of this photographer, exposes himself to tell what life prevented him from achieving.
The project hopes to get financial support through Indiegogo crowdfunding platform, to put on paper the stories of these lives.
